Kompas Park is a unique and exciting camp facility for people of many ages and walks of life, located in the heart of Ukraine. The volunteer leaders at Kompas Park are there to serve in the name of Jesus Christ and to exemplify our calling here on earth, to make disciples of all nations. Coming from many parts of the world including America, England and Ukraine, we all team up to form inseparable bonds with one another and the children and youth we are ministering to.

Kompas Park offers a variety of camps each summer for campers ages 6-96. These include: Challenger Youth Camp, English Language Camp, Football Camp, Discovery Children's Camp, and Widows Camp. Most campers who come to Kompas Park receive finanical assistance to attend at a substantial discount or to attend free of charge. These costs are offset by our Ukrainian Camper Scholarship Fund.

There are many activities offered daily at Kompas Park. We have fun by playing sports like football and volleyball, swimming and boating in the River Ross, bonding with our teams by doing painting projects, team time and playing water games, singing fun camp songs, watching the leaders dress up and do silly things, and closing out the day giving all the glory and praise to God.

You and your family can be part of what God is doing at Kompas Park. You can pray for the teams of volunteers who go and serve, give financially to support them or be part of a team yourself.

Kompas Park exists to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. We pray that the Lord is glorifed in Ukraine by building relationships between those who attend Kompas Park and those who serve that result in true discipleship.

Join a Team this summer

Want to be on our team? Here's what we do:

Create a USA-based team of about 7-9 volunteers, and meet together monthly to learn about each other's gifts and how they might be used at camp. Groups will complete a video-based mission-trip study to get prepared.

• Pray for one another!

• Once at Kompas Park or at the orphanage, we pair up with a Ukrainian volunteer and then together, we lead our own group of about 8 campers. We spend most of our time together, and bonds are made through fun camp games, activities, meals etc...

• During team time each night, we have the opportunity to disciple and share the gospel with our team.

• This is a big responsibility and one that should not be taken lightly -- so we practice before we go!

• To close out each day, we cover the camp, the kids, and ourselves in prayer. Never underestimate the power of prayer!

• By coming to camp with our American team we create inseparable bonds with each other, our Ukrainian co-leaders and campers that last a lifetime.

Help send a Team to Kompas Park this summer

Several times a year, teams of USA volunteers travel to Ukraine to work alongside local volunteers to put on high-energy Christian camps at either Kompas Park or at local Internats (orphanages). Each team member is responsible for raising their own support from their network of friends and family. If you would like to help the team members raise funds for the upcoming season, you can support them both financially and with prayer.
